Personal Trainer Overview
Very diverse in training methods. I have worked with quite a few different people, from old to young, from in shape to out of shape, men and women. Whatever your goals, I work to get you there.
I don't train any two people the same, I believe everybody's body responds to different styles of training, and as I work with my clients I try to find what suits them best. The first session is a free evaluation, to assess where they're at when I meet them. Over the next few weeks, I train them to the general style that I feel may suit them, and adjust accordingly. From there, I design a constantly varying program that I feel is best for the client. The program must vary from time to time so that the body is continuously "shocked" into making change.
