Personal Trainer Overview
I have been a Personal Trainer for almost 5 years and I am truly passionate about what I do. My clients put in a lot of work, and I do challenge them, but once they start seeing the results they love it! This is a lifestyle change, and if you have the drive & dedication then anything is possible!
Like I said before, this is a lifestyle change. You can't expect results over night, or the results to keep coming if you don't put in the work. Exercise has many benefits, but your nutrition is very important as well! It doesn't have to be boring either, spice it up and get creative.

I have always been pretty active between sports at school, working out at the gym, or staying active outside. I chose to be a trainer after seeing my Dad struggle with his diabetes even though he was always active when he was younger. It has given me the tools and education to help him get better and feel better. When I see the same with my clients, I feel like I have truly made a difference in someones life and I love it!
