Personal Trainer Overview
Andrew Bora specializes in weight loss and helping his clients improve their quality of life by integrating fitness with a balanced diet. Andrew uses a variety of training techniques that are tailored to individual needs, including aerobic exercises, stretching and toning, and weights. He also offers fitness kickboxing, a great way to improve stamina and get in shape quickly!
Regardless of your fitness level, Andrew Bora's proven systems will help you have a great workout, lose inches, and lose weight, even if you have had difficulty in the past.
Trained in fitness and exercise instruction through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Also attended public speaking classes sponsored by Toastmasters International.
Andrew Bora began his career in personal training in 2008. His interest in fitness grew out of his desire to help others live happier, healthier lives, as well as his enjoyment of competitive sports. He has also been a competitive natural (drug free) bodybuilder, and has also coached youth sports (wrestling).
