Bio

My name is Alian Medero, I have always had a love for fitness, starting in my teens as a regular at the gym lifting weights and attending to fitness classes. Taking my love of fitness to a professional level was always a consideration, but with a focus on my bartender career I put those ideas aside until late 2013 when I decided to attend to a fitness instructor course. Studying hard after 5 months I become ISSA Certified personal trainer, looking forward to grow in this new profession I appreciate every moment I have to incorporate exercise into my life, so as an instructor I strive to make the most of my classes, providing opportunities for my clients to be challenged and grow in their fitness and personal journey.
