Personal Trainer Overview
Renee turns any room into a great place to get fit! Power Plate acceleration training involves 90% of the muscle fibers. Utilizing more individualized intensity and angles than your average machine Renee safely targets your muscles while you are on the Power Plate. Variety is the spice of life so Renee varies all the best training methods into just the right blend for you.
Like the experts, I believe that manual resistance is the safest, best form of training. When you're on the Power Plate you are working harder even though there is no impact on the body. There is no time wasted between sets getting in and out of machines so you get a better cardio workout and you can do some active stretching too. More importantly, I make sure that through every rep that the positioning is safer for you. Pilates is great for trunk stabilization and strong abs so each session includes one Pilates move. Of course the R.D, is the best one to talk to about nutrition. However the subject of health and how food is related is a favorite of mine so I stay educated about it. I am a people person so you're gonna know that I am there with you, getting you through every rep and everything else that I can be motivating for.

Understudy and work experience in dance, weight training, H.I.T., manual resistance methods and Pilates at London Workout., Fitness Factory in the Main Line Health and Fitness and various personal training studios for a combined total of 20 years.
Power Plate Certified Instructor AAAI / ISMA Certified Personal Trainer Renee has over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry including group exercise and personal training. Renee received her Power Plate certification while employed in a Wellness Center in Lakewood Ranch, Fl. She worked with a variety of clients, one-on-one and small groups, from golfers, and other athletes, to patients referred and directed by the Center’s own Physician and Physical Therapist. While using both a Bio Density machine and the Power Plate, Renee was able to collect valuable data that proved the positive effects that the Power Plate had on her training clients. To say that Renee was impressed with the benefits of the Power Plate would be an understatement. Renee trains clients both on and off the Power Plate and incorporates a variety of training techniques to get her clients results. Renee’s resolve is to always encourage her clients to have a strong determination towards reaching, or even surpassing, their fitness goals.
