Personal Trainer Overview

I specialize in high intensity interval training, fitness boxing, kickboxing, fat-loss training and more. I was seen on season 7 of The Biggest Loser and have a proven track record of getting my clients results.
I have a BS degree in Exercise Science with a background in Sports Medicine and rehab. I am also certified through ACE and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NSCA. I am also certified in Indoor Cycling through Schwinn and teach a variety of group classes and bootcamps.
I integrate focus mitt fitness boxing into many of my training programs.
