Training PhilosophyMy philosophy is to design a personal training program based on your needs and interests, and to help you achieve, maintain, and even exceed past your fitness goals. Through an approach based on a healthy diet, cardiovascular training, strength training and flexibility, I can make optimal fitness a part of your life.
I will inspire you to exercise and maintain motivation. Breaking bad habits is one of the most challenging things that one can face. Together, we will replace bad habits with good ones. You will develop habits that lift your spirits and bring you confidence through fitness, good health, and mental clarity.
