Personal Trainer Overview
I use a variety of methods like free weights, machines, kettle bells, crossfit type training, circuit & interval training.
I believe in a well rounded approach to fitness and conditioning. Unless you are training for a specific sport. I believe core strength and flexibility are important parts of balanced approach to fitness. I also encourage participation in various other activities such as walking, running, swimming, hiking, biking or whatever sport or activity makes being physically active fun for you. Because diet is also an important part of fitness and weight management I provide nutritional support to my clients through my own website.

Thanks to my parents I've been physically active and/or involved in some sport most of my life (started swimming competitively at age 4). I want to help bring my own appreciation for an active and healthy lifestyle to my own clients. I love the outdoors, and my animals (1 dog and 4 cats). I enjoy swimming, running, surfing, hiking and reading.
