Personal Trainer Overview

I am very resourceful when it comes to working out. I can create an extremely successful and worthwhile workout using only body weight, with minimal equipment. Whether you're looking to tone up, lose weight, or just ease your mind relieve some stress, I accommodate to each individual client's wants and needs!

Training Philosophy

I believe in being realistic and honest with my clients, along with giving them the workout they are paying for. I am also educated on proper nutrition according to training/weight loss goals. A lot of people get discouraged when they can't lift a certain amount, balance perfectly, etc.. You have to start somewhere.. and I believe that's with the core. The core is the base for every other muscle and movement of the body. There is no need to spend time doing tons of sit-ups. I believe in doing a lot of body weight exercises, ab/core work, free weights and cardio. Ultimately I will push my clients and help them reach their goals that they find difficult to achieve on their own while making sure it is done safe and effectively! I am a people's person so I find myself getting along great and finding thing's in common with each and every client I encounter.


Bachelor's in Exercise Science, ISSA certified fitness trainer, CPR/AED certified, MAT Pilates/Yoga basics, TRX (suspension training) certified. I'm also educated in nutrition whether it's to lose weight, gain muscle, or just overall become a more healthy person!
