Training Philosophy

Although I love to weight train, I believe cardio and nutrition have equal benefits in all fitness programs. I will continually advance my knowledge of health and fitness to offer current and safe methods of exercises.

Began my fitness journey in the early 80's at the local gym and had my nose in the books to learn all about fitness and bodybuilding. In the early 90's I competed in my first NPC Bodybuilding competition and took 2nd place. After time off from the work force for marriage and two kids I just had to get back to work - but changed my career interest to Personal Trainer - my dream, my passion!!
