Hi there my name is Trevor and I want to help you get in shape, all from the comfort of your own home or wherever possible. I am willing and able to help whoever needs it! My rates are $25 a session, while big gyms charge $70! I can help you reach whatever goal you may have!

Bio

This is a story of how I got started and why....2 years ago my life changed forever. My cousin was overweight and she needed help. She called me crying after she found out at the age of 20, she could possibly die because of her weight. She said she needed any help she could get.. She said I need guidance... I didn't know what to do, I never worked with anybody before.... She said in any way I could, to help her. Less than 20 minutes after she called me I had a weeks worth of nutrition and workouts done for her... We trained together and I helped her reach her goals, and after 8 months she lost 80 pounds.. She cried and so did I as she got on that scale after 8 months.. She was free of her health problems.... I knew from that time on, fitness was my passion and helping people succeed.
