Todd utilizes a wide array of methods and techniques to help you get to your fitness goals. Not everyone fits into the same cookie-cutter fitness program, so I find a program that works best for YOU!
Achieving your fitness goals is about adopting a full lifestyle changes that include eating right, exercising, drinking enough water, sleeping and staying limber. Todd created a unique system that allows to track tangibly track how you are doing in those five main categories. This system has helped many people achieve their fitness goals and you could be next!
Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University
Todd's fitness journey began when he started working out for basketball in high school. Todd's older cousin took him under his wing and taught him how to properly eat and exercise to optimize his results. Since then, Todd has continued to educate himself by getting a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University, a Personal Trainer Certification from International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), TRX Suspension Training Level 1, TRX Group Suspension Training Level 1 and TRX Force Level 2 certified. Todd has been a personal trainer since April 2012 and has a passion for helping others achieve the results they desire. Todd is based in Scottsdale, Arizona and trains his clients at Off The Grid Fitness.
