Personal Trainer Overview
The first thing we do is structure a fitness program around your goals, personality, body type and interests. I work with people like you - large and small, young and old, weak and strong - to achieve your fitness goals and make you feel better. I have worked with more than 100 clients. I'm upbeat, innovative, and, as my clients can tell you, I get results. Try working with me - you won't be disappointed!
I'm always looking for new and exciting ways to help my clients. I am constantly reading the latest findings in exercise and nutritional research. I implement different kinds of training to keep my clients interested and sessions fun. I can include combinations of kickboxing, yoga, free weights, suspension training, and rock climbing into your sessions.

I'm from San Diego, CA and have been a personal trainer for four years. This is what I was born to do. I have experience in various types of training, including, body building, Olympic-style lifting, power lifting, rock climbing, and counseling clients in weight loss and fitness nutrition. I work with people of all fitness levels and ages, 12 and over. When not in the gym, I'm a senior at Ohio Wesleyan University on track to graduate in May of 2014. I also enjoy digital design, dog fostering, photography, rock climbing, and surfing.
