I incorporate strength training, cardiovascular intervals and functional movements so that each client get the best results based on their fitness level. The ultimate goal is to make exercise an essential component of their everyday life.

Bachelor Degree from San Diego State University in Kinesiology and Exercise Science
Steve moved from the Bay Area to Southern California in 1999. He has been a personal trainer for 16 years and played various sports, his ultimate favorite hockey. He builds solid and efficient programs that are based on the client's fitness level and abilities.
