Personal Trainer Overview
I believe that in order to meet goals effectively hard work is essential. I also believe that there is a right and wrong way of doing so. Even though my programs are based on cardio combined with weight resistance, each program is designed to help the individual meet thier goals in a safe manner. My main goal is to help you reach your goals and achieve physical excellence while still being able to function effectively in your everyday life activities such as work and playing with your kids. All training programs that I design for an individual are based upon realistic goals and individuals capabilities and/or level of fitness. Most programs I design for an individual to perform will combine cardio exercises with weighted resistance. I believe training is most effective when a fat burning zone heart rate is maintained during the entire duration of each session. We begin at your pace and adjust accordingly as your physical capabilities improve.
