Personal Trainer Overview
I don't: carry around a clipboard, make you perform boring gym exercises. I do: customize a program specific to your goal, push you while being motivating and encouraging
I am extremely passionate about health and fitness and extremely passionate about helping people live a more active lifestyle. I continually educate myself in the fitness industry to stay on top of new exercises, new routines and new diet tips. This enables me to be effective and efficient as possible when assisting my clients. I use a variety of equipment to make sure every client reaches their full potential and fully balances out their mind and body. I have worked with every client you can think of and provided results for every last one of them. I've worked with a hip replacement, athletes, runners, body builders and your average joe's.
I have attended Todd Durkin's fitness challenge and fitness expo in San Diego. Todd Durkin is the personal trainer to the best professional athletes in the world. I have attended group training classes and a TRX Suspension Training class. I also did home course study for two personal training certifications.
