Personal Trainer Overview

I train most my client athletic by cross-training them in several different ways, which include weight training, circuit training, cardio, plyometrics, agility and sprints. I train my client fast and hard pushing them to new levels. I work best with women and find I am able to help them reach their fitness goals through my knowledge, support and motivation.

Training Philosophy

My philosophy on training and nutrition revolves around the idea that if someone is truly focused on improving and prospering physically it has to cross over to other areas of their life, such as, emotional, spiritual, mental, etc. That is why I enjoy impacting lives through personal improvement and motivation. I will teach you, train you, tone you, inspire you, and give you the discipline and motivation to lose weight, increase energy levels and reduce stress. When you achieve your personal fitness goals you will also transform emotionally, spiritually and mentally. I specialize in YOU.

Education

I hold two certifications through NASM and AFAA. I also have continued education in Nutrition, Exercise & Obesity and Midlife Fitness for Women. I have gained a tremendous amount of knowledge by training & preparing for several competition in Bodybuilding and Figure for 5 years. I started in Bodybuilding and moved to Figure when it as introduced. I won Overall Figure in the 2003 NPC Utah Figure Competition at the age of 42 and went on in 2004 to take 3rd at Masters Nationals at the age of 43.
