Personal Trainer Overview
Do you want to get in better health, mentally and physically? I will guide you to a better body, better mind, and better attitude. My techniques focus on all aspects of training, your physical abilities, your mental aptitudes, and your nutritional intakes. These are not luxuries, but necessities. If you have injuries that must be tended to, my techniques will enable you to relieve, if not eliminate your pain without surgeries or prescriptions. You will be better, if not your best in short time.
Training Philosophy
Expand your comfort zone. Go where you never thought you could go. Amaze yourself at what you can do. Don't limit yourself just because of your conditions or age. I will be at your side every step of the way, whether you are in the strength phase, cardio phase, etc. When you train with me, it's all about you. There are exercises and stretches that will work for everyone. I will work with the ones that are best for you. I train people with Special conditions, any age or ability levels. Whether you want to just do something or get better at life's daily activities or be better at sports, I can help you get there. Safety and comfort are always a priority, and I will listen. Group Training (up to 6) is also available.
Education
My formal education was from Western Ct State University. I earned my BBA in Business always knowing that I would use this knowledge to be in my own business. My "informal" education came from my life as an athlete obsessed. I worked hard at being better and learned to work smarter as well, learning that hard work still had to be there if one wanted to be one's best. I have learned to meld eastern techniques of training with western techniques, giving me the best of both worlds and creating a better person, mentally and physically.
Bio
I have been active in sports and conditioning since around 5 years old. This is my life, not a lifestyle. Competing with 3 older athletic brothers motivated me to always work harder to keep up. I play many sports, winning events in tennis, mogul skiing and bowling. I am an avid Golfer, Mountain and Road Biker, Disc Golfer, Hiker and Snowboarder. I play on the edge most of the time.
