Training Philosophy

My training philosophy includes many methods of training..i.e. weight training, cardio, stretching and strengthening. I train people to become well rounded and balanced structurally.

Education

I have a B.A. from the University of Washington in psychology and the following certifications: AFAA for personal training, Spinning, Bodypump, Bodycombat, BodyFlow, BodyStep, Yogafit, pilates (mat) and Reformer based Pilates.

I live and work in beautiful Bend with my partner and son.
