Personal Trainer Overview
BodyComp Personal Training uses weight lifting as a way of altering your Body Composition. We are not a one program fits all Boot Camp or Circuit Training fad. We design programs based on the individual's body type, as well as assess weaknesses and correct imbalances in the body in order to maximize progress and exercise pain-free.
We are not a one program fits all type of gym, nor are we the next fad. We are a Group and Personal Training Gym in San Jose which uses weight training as a form of exercise in order to achieve fat loss. Simply put, we lift weights to lose weight.
