Personal Trainer Overview
Depends on your goals, abilitys and needs, I use NASM safe techniques to train you the right way to workout so you won't damage your body. I'll focus on your posture, the right body alignment and progressive workouts.
I'll motivate you and make it unique and fun every time. Most people tend to get bored or focus less when things are too predictable so I like to change it and progress it in a safe manner to reach your goals. I will help you to understand food better, what to eat, when and why so you’ll want to make the right choices more often.
