Personal Trainer with experience losing over 150 pounds myself. My fitness and nutrition coaching will help you hit the goals you look to achieve.
The program we follow will be the program that works for you. My philosophy is that everyone is different and everyone requires a different approach. For some, this will include weight training and yoga while others will need cardio and nutrition.

5 Years ago, I was 385+ pounds. Through diet and a little bit of time, I lose 175 of that. In the last two years, I've focused on fitness and exercise to become more "in-shape" and athletic using all training modalities.
