Personal Trainer Overview
Safety is my number one concern when I train my clients. Slow movement reduces force, improves muscle fiber recruitment and allows for deep muscular stimulation.
TIME EFFICIENT: The quality of the exercise is much more important then the quantity. The body develops in proportion to the intensity of the work performed. Exercise intensity is indirectly proportional to exercise duration. By definition, an intense workout can only be one that is short. Training sessions should last no longer then 30 minutes - 2 - to 3 times per week.

I still play competitive handball and maintain a regular work out schedule. I enjoy what I do because I keep it interesting and meet many interesting people.
