Personal Trainer Overview
A few years ago, I decided to change my life around and get healthy. I took up weight lifting and running as a way to help me. As far as my clients, if you are wanting to lose weight and also eventually tone up, I will work with you to come up with the right exercises that fit you.
I understand what it is like to struggle with weight loss. I want to be able to help my clients reach the goals.
I've been into fitness for a little over seven years which is when I decided to take charge of my life and get in shape. I specialize in weight training (body weight and resistance). My goal is to help each of my clients live a healthy lifestyle. In my spare time, I enjoy running with friends and working out in the gym.
