Personal Trainer Overview
My Training is focused on each individual's Needs like a Snow Flake each one is different.
My Personal Training philosophy is that fitness is a way of living and to make lasting results A good Trainer will guide their clients in a lifestyle that fits them not the trainers. By getting to know the clients genetics the way they feel towards exercise, food and what makes them happy I will design a program that will work for you. I do monthly fitness assessments showing you on going results and holding you accountable every step of the way. I love what i do so its not a job its a Calling for me.
