Personal Trainer Overview

As a Certified Personal Trainer for the past 6 years, I've helped 100's of clients realize their health and fitness goals CAN be achieved! My training programs focus on complete lifestyle changes, so clients not only see real results fast, but also learn how to make time for fitness and make healthier dietary choices. Programs are created around a client's current fitness level, health history, and personal goals, assuring a safe and effective fitness program. It takes time, dedication, and motivation to see real results with any exercise program and I'm with you all the way!

Training Philosophy

I believe that variety is the key to weight-loss! I use variations of cardio, functional/core training, yoga, pilates, and kick-boxing to create unique, yet challenging programs that vary every session.

Bio

Nicole grew up in a very small town, where exercise was a foreign word and not a single gym for miles! At college, Nicole participated in her very first Kinesiology class. From that point on, she knew she wanted to make fitness and nutrition a part of her life forever! Nicole began working at her hometown’s only fitness center. She enjoyed watching her town learn to love a healthier lifestyle and watching their bodies transform! A year later, Nicole graduated from the WITS program at Bowie Community College as a Certified Personal Trainer and began training at Bally Total Fitness. While at Bally, Nicole worked with 100+ clients and learned to create and implement programs based on her client's fitness ability, history, and goals. She learned that no one client is the same and with that simple knowledge, Nicole began seeing her clients’ bodies transform! With the knowledge she gained from working at Bally under her belt, Nicole moved on to developing her own In-Home Personal Training business, Fly-By Fitness. She now provides on-site fitness services to clients in their home and office. She's also opened her home for sessions, as well. Nicole has been training for over 6 years and currently holds a Level III Personal Trainer Certification and a Pilates Instructor Certification. In addition to Personal Training, she teaches group Boot Camp, Yoga, and Pilates classes. All of her workouts are different every time, so her clients can expect a fun and creative workout that challenges the body in new ways!
