I train with the weights as well as what I call, High-Intensity Interval Training. I also run a fitness bootcamp
I love to push people and help them reach their goals. I have worked with 1000's of clients.
I have compteted in 9 bodybuilding shows and several powerlifting competitions. I have a sports background and work great with people.
