I strongly believe that physical fitness is attainable for everyone. As well in healthier eating habits. Understanding that every person's body is different, when I work with clients, I design programs just for them. I take the time to learn about my clients needs and ability before beginning any fitness program.
NPTI which includes 100 hours of Theory and Practice of Personal Training, 100 hours in Nutrition, 100 hours Anatomy and Physiology, and 200 hours of Practical Application of Personal Training.
