Training Philosophy

In order to get results from your workouts, its imperative that you get proper rest and eat foods to fuel, recharge, and rebuild the muscle tissue you breakdown while working out! Over half of your results will come from what you eat alone, and a proper nutrition guideline by me will help you reach your desired goals much faster as you begin to learn which foods will speed your recovery, enhance your immune system and provide you with the nutrients you need.

Matt has always been both intrigued and inspired by the importance of health and wellness in our daily lives. Only in the past three years has he discovered that this passion could become such a fulfilling career path as it has. With three nationally recognized certifications and over 3,000 sessions serviced, Matt has become an Elite Personal Trainer in Los Angeles. Combined with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Iowa in communication studies, Matt excels in listening and motivating each of his clients based on their own individual needs and goals. After training hundreds of clients in all walks of life, he has a solid understanding of the psychology behind what a certified personal trainer can do to influence an achiever’s readiness and desire for change.
