Training Philosophy

A healthy lifestyle is a longer lifestyle for family, fun and friends.The most misconceptions about training that I hear is, I don't want to lift weights because I don't want big muscles. Well, theres alot more to it and you don't get big muscles just like that..I will taylor a program based on your specific fitness goals. I have experience in figure competition, weight training, motivation, and weight loss. It's important to listen to your clients needs and wants before making any decision on a plan. A can do attitude is very important to achieve this. A positive way of thinking can help get you there. I can help.
