Personal Trainer Overview
Is anyone never heard about this maybe I will be the first to explain it .As a trainer I put together a training program called full body training.it help you burn more calories , muscle mass, strength and good for overall fitness. I recognize my training is the best cause I have been train by one of the best trainer who has a PHD in exercise physiology name Jim Stoppani.
My training method sound like this I will train you as full body training when we work out in the gym , it help you maximize your goal faster.In addition to that I will help you lifting weight properly and give you a lot of tips so that you don’t get injured.I also design a diet plan for 8 weeks and tell you exactly what you need to eat and help you to prevented eating bad food.i like when a client is very discipline and show me you are very encouraging to get your job done.my motivation is very simple every time I see you give up my job is to remind you how bad you want it!
Weight training , loss weight, tone up, bodybuilding skill training style.
I train my self in the gym like 5 time straight and when I train my self every day I train my entire muscle.i look very fit
