Personal Trainer Overview

Hi I'm Kyle, owner of Kyle Alton Personal Training. I have been training since mid 2009 and turned a passion into my career. My focus as a trainer isn't to deliver quick results that ultimately don't last, but rather to change your quality of life. I will teach you the tools you need to be successful for the rest of your life. My ideal client is one who is looking to make a difference that will impact their life not just change for a short time then return to old habits. I want you to be willing learn what it takes. Working out and nutrition is about bettering your health, not just looking better in those pants. That's just a bonus that comes along with it. I enjoy helping people relieve stress from their lives and helping you out in anyway possible. My clients are more than just clients to me and I care about each and everyone of them. My favorite part of the job is hearing people tell me about how their lives are changing.

Bio

I was an athlete most of life growing up but never excelled because I wasn't in that good of shape. After I stopped playing sports my junior year of high school I became lazy and put some weight on. During my senior year I wanted to get ahead of all the other students for credits at the junior college for better registration so I signed up for a weight training class. I started to love working out as I learned more. While at the local JC I took a personal training class because it sparked my interest now that I was into fitness and realized how great it makes you feel. I excelled in the class and got a certification from it and got my first personal training job. From this point on I realized fitness was part of my life and it was what I wanted to do. I was still playing pick up basketball games and started realizing how I wish I would have loved fitness from a much earlier point as I felt better than ever playing. I went on to get my certification from the NSCA to take my training to the next level. Then I realized I wanted to go on and get my bachelors degree in Kinesiology which I completed in the Spring of 2013. I worked as a trainer the entire time I was in school and once I finished started working full time as the head trainer for the gym I worked at. In 2014 I decided to go out with a business partner and start my own studio. Then in 2015 I wasn't really liking the way things were headed so I went out on my own to make sure I always give my clients the best.
