I take in consideration all aspects of the clients life and how that relates to their fitness goals and priorities. I have great listening and patience skills that make each client feel comfortable with their fitness routines.
I connect with individuals to identify their personal goals and adjust my training philosophy to fit their objective & timeline. To be truly fit you have to incorporate all three sides of the triangle, nutrition, cardio, and resistance training to have lasting results. You must also make a commitment to making a lifestyle change. My personal weight loss experiences and fitness training help me motivate clients to achieve their fitness goals.
