Personal Trainer Overview

As an NASM certified personal trainer with more than 7 years experience in the fitness industry I have the knowledge and expertise to take any client to the next level. Whether you are looking to drop those unwanted pounds, improve that golf game, or just feel better I can get you there quickly and safely.

Training Philosophy

My philosophy is simple... Don't overcomplicate it. This applies to nutrition, fat loss, muscle building, and anything else you can imagine in the health and fitness world. As I tell each of my clients, trust me and allow me to help you change. My main goal is to have each client lose that unwanted fat for the last time. Any trainer can help you lose weight but a great trainer will give you the guidance and tools to keep that weight off for good. We will take a balanced, yet aggressive approach to achieving your fitness goals. There will be no crash dieting, 3 hour work outs, or making you suffer through the same 3 boring meals each day. We will take a lifelong approach to your health and fitness.

Bio

I broke into the fitness industry in 2007. As a lifelong athlete and health conscious person it just seemed to be the perfect fit. To this point, I have made it just over 7 years, so I must be doing something right! :) I welcome each unique challenge that each client brings to me. While my specialties are primarily fat loss and injury prevention, I have never shied away from a challenge. I have multiple 75lb-100lb weight loss clients, all of which are still maintaining their healthy lifestyles. Personality plays a huge role in a great client/trainer relationship. I pride myself on being easy to work with. Whether it be cracking jokes during a serious moment (or any moment for that matter) or being there when you just don't feel like doing it. I can honestly say that in my 7+ years as a personal trainer I have yet to have a bad experience with a client. Each client teaches me something new about myself and my abilities and I truly welcome that experience.
