Personal Trainer Overview
I customize my training to each clients health and fitness goals. I use various styles of training including yoga, pilates, circuit training, and weight training to create well rounded programs for each individual.
I believe that everyone can learn to love their body by discovering how strong it can be. By unlocking your potential, you learn to embrace your strengths and weakness and break through previous barriers.

I have always been very physically active. I played sports throughout high school and college, during which I developed a love for working out and fitness. I opened a training studio with trainer Justin Huitt in March 2014
