Being in the fitness industry is not just a career; it’s a privilege and a way of life. It’s also not a part-time thing; it’s about making sure you practice what you preach and passing on the good word to others. It’s about pushing through the demanding situations. That’s what it takes to continue with the physical, mental and emotional hurdles you will face getting in-shape and staying in-shape. It’s all about control over you. Living a healthy lifestyle is done one hour at a time. Training is all about belief and hope. The Belief that you, and only you, have the power to change your lifestyle. The daily hope that you can continue down this path, hour by hour. It’s about listening and understanding. When someone gives their best effort, show them some appreciation, but when someone wants to quit, you have to be tough and motivate them not to give up.
