Personal Trainer Overview

Train in my private home gym with all the equipment you need: cycling bike, treadmill, trampoline, balls, kettlebells, weights, etc. I work with post physical therapy clients, clients that want to lose weight and gain muscle and tone. I work with all ages.

Training Philosophy

Upon discussing and reviewing your goals, I create workouts that challenge you and provide variety and are safe to execute. Each workout is manageable yet challenging.


I have been teaching fitness classes and personal training for over 18 years. During those years, I have been trained in group exercise, spinning, barre fitness, postural and core strengthening.


I believe exercise should be challenging, but also SAFE.If you dread exercising then you won't be successful at it or make it part of your lifestyle. Once you start a program and a routine, you will find that it's actually fun!
