Personal Trainer Overview

Hi my name is Joseph, and it is time to get in shape for the new year!!! I am a former college football and basketball athlete who became the assistant trainer for a major college program. I have also worked in numerous gym in California specializing in rehabilitation, strength training, weight loss, diet, sports training, and even yoga. I have a lot of experience, I am very personable with a lot of energy. Im the type of person you can contact me anytime and ask me a question. We can also do Skype training from your home. I train at parks throughout the Valley, I can come to your home, and if you have 24 hour Fitness then I can train you there. I only charge $30 a session, which is about an hour, and you dont have to buy any packages. With me, you will have fun and get into great shape.
