Personal Trainer Overview
Over the last 10 years as a trainer,I have worked with clients as young as 9 and as old as 88. I design fitness programs to meet my clients needs and integrates resistance, flexibility, balance, circuit, and kinetic training into their routines.I use my experience and knowledge to motivate his clients to achieve their fitness goals.
He became a trainer so he could help those in need of quality fitness training. I like to safely do cardio and various types of strength training programs to improve the quality of life and health of my clients.
Central Texas College
Jose Moreno has been involved with athletics for over 20 years. He is the manager of Muscle Under Fitness. He was involved in football, weight lifting and wrestling in high school. He served 3 years in the U.S. Army and excelled in the military physical fitness program. After the military he wrestled professionally for 8 years. While a pro wrestler he also cross- trained in the now popular sport of mixed martial arts. He was forced to retire from professional wrestling due to multiple injuries to the cervical vertebra. After retirement from wrestling he decided to pursue continuing education in kinesiology and physical fitness.
