Personal Trainer Overview

Hi, my name is Jonathan Taylor and I'm here to help you get in the best shape of your life. I've had a number of people come to me with different goals for the direction that they wanted to take their body, and I'm proud to have been able to help them in achieving the results they were chasing after, and continue to help them as their goals expanded. The goals varied between losing weight, improving strength, general athleticism, rehabilitating injury, toning and defining the body, and more. I was able to do this by combining my knowledge base from being a certified personal trainer, years of athletics experience, having personally worked out since I was 7 years old, and investing in continued research and education of the body. If you have a desire to improve yourself physically in any way, please contact me, I'd like to help you. My normal rate is $40 per hour (which is typically how long one workout will last), but I offer the first three sessions to be discounted to $20 per hour. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Let's start as soon as you're ready.

Training Philosophy

I don't train any two people the same, I believe everybody's body responds to different styles of training, and as I work with my clients I try to find what suits them best. Over the first few weeks, I train my clients to a style that suits them, and adjust over time accordingly. I design a constantly varying program that is the most effective routine for the individual client, and I base the effectiveness of the program on results. The program must vary from time to time so that the body is continuously stimulated into making changes.

Education

Bio

I have a major background in sports such as wrestling, boxing, mma, karate, baseball, football, and more. My dad was a serious athlete and working out was a top priority of his throughout his life, so I ended up being involved in a fitness lifestyle from a young age. I was a successful personal trainer for years when I was younger, and then I decided to pursue a career path in the corporate world. Although I found success there as well, it was not the lifestyle for me, I would much rather stay close to what I love.
