Jenuinely Fit Personal Training seeks to help clients get healthy and stay healthy in a non-threatening environment. I believe that exercise is fun and can be accomlished in the comfort of your own home. A well rounded workout of cardio, balance, eye-hand coordination, weight training and flexibility is key for everyone. Pair that with nutrition and tons of fun and that's me!
B.S. in Exercise Science and Fitness Programming
I love fitness and love to share that with others. I am a marathon runner, circus school graduate and gymnast. A lot of the unique exercises that I use stem from my crazy background!
