Bio

My fitness journey began in high school when I had the oprotunity to play four years of club volleyball. I fell in love with the process and the journey of always bettering myself physically and mentally. The passion to share this love of fitness with others in my life inspired me to get my Personal Trainer certification. Now through Select Fitness I have the opportunity to inspire even more people to fall in love with their own fitness journey!
