Jim Cipriani’s passion is helping people achieve goals and he’s been transforming peoples lives for over 20 years. Working with individuals from all walks of life (Olympic athletes to everyday exercise enthusiasts), Jim’s done it all. Jim’s been an athlete all his life, won numerous bodybuilding and powerlifitng titles. His passion and commitment to his clients earned him legendary status across the Western Connecticut area in the United States. In fact, Jim’s been named One of the 10 BEST Personal Trainers in America by The National Fitness Hall of Fame. And now Jim has brought his expertise and experience to the Nashville, TN area. Jim is known as a Total Body Transformation specialist but he also shines in the realm of Strength and Conditioning, Performance Nutrition, Youth Training, and Exercise for Older Adults. Jims numerous qualifications include a college studies in health and fitness, certification through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA), National Federation of Personal Trainers (NFPT), and the National Acadamy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Jim’s published numerous articles for magazines and websites and makes regular guest appearances on radio and television shows and seminars.
