At Hurricane Fitness, I believe that you can be a Category 5, no matter who you are, where you are, or what your age or goals may be. I take the time to know YOU and create a plan that works for your needs.

Training Philosophy

I'm a wife, a mother, a friend, a daughter and a granddaughter and all of these things are extremely important to me. My fitness program doesn't interfere with my life, rather it is an important part of my life. It alows me opportunities to spend time with my children helping them train for their individual sports, provides quality time with my husband working out together, allows me to aid my aging relatives in learning how to gain mobility and motor function, and provides opportunities for me to aid children in the growing fight against childhood obesity. I love my body. I eat to nourish it, to build and repair tissue, to improve the function of my vital organs, to provide energy for my day, to increase longevity, and because I flat out love to eat. I do not eat to deprive, to malnourish, to obsess, or to damage my body. I don't get upset, depressed or quit when I stray whether that be missing a workout or having a meal not as healthy as I wish. Instead I focus on moving forward and continuing to do the best I can. I would love to work with you, help you reach your goals and maybe even transform your life.
