Personal Trainer Overview
I'm a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer who will always put you first. I will make sure to pay attention to your specific needs and goals, planning safe, effective workouts accordingly. By adjusting your current lifestyle and eating habits to one that is healthy and sustainable, we will reach your fitness goals in a timely manner.

Wallace Wattles As your trainer, I will help you to maintain a healthy lifestyle, taking care of your body. I will instill in you the confidence and motivation to keep your mind focused on your goals with helpful activities such as yoga; and in order to live for the soul I will encourage you to participate in daily meditation, visualization of your intentions and surround yourself with positivity. Let's not focus on your limitations, but rather the possibilities!

I am certified through 24 Hour fitness as a Group Instructor for: Everlast Shadowboxing, Amp'd Abs, and 24Cycle (spinning). I am also CPR/AED certified and fully insured.
TK hails from Kamuela, Hawaii. He grew up extremely overweight. During high school, when baby fat seemed to remove itself from other students, TK seemed to gain even more weight. In Hawaii, where staple foods consist of white rice, pork, processed canned foods, corned beef hash, and spam, eating other than what is on the kitchen table is not an option. He found himself unhappy, unhealthy and unmotivated. When TK began college in 1999 he was surrounded by positive, healthy people and was able to find the desire and passion to not only look better but to feel better doing it. This new way of life helped him realize the benefits of healthy eating and regular exercise. TK worked in sales for a few years after earning his Bachelor's Degree but soon became unsatisfied. Once again the weight returned. As he worked hard one summer to get rid of the excess weight, he realized two important things: he loved working out and he loved helping other people. The strong desire to be a Health and Fitness Professional was born. He soon became a Certified Personal Trainer at Gold's Gym and 24 Hour Fitness. He then went out on his own and started TK Fitness LA. Throughout his five year career he has helped numerous clients find the desire and passion to not only look better but to feel better doing it.
