Personal Trainer Overview
I am a high school coach specializing in athletic performance development. I take an event based approach where we focus on the goals of the athlete and look to increase performance.
I believe in prehab not rehab. My approach is to build stronger athletes and individuals from a base level of strength and stamina. This works for everyone not just athletes. More importantly, we focus on building better habits and starting to look at the body and activities to help move better, feel better and live better.
