In addition, Greg has created a 21st century self-coaching, mental, physical, emotional and nutritional conditioning system, to find your own process for learning with behavior modification, using a mathematical equation, to not only predict, but also change behavior and thus performance, by providing a psychological structure, or vehicle for arranging information, in relation to a question, so that the answer, or course of action is made clear, to help you create a personal map, to bridge the gap from intention to achievement. Greg is very excited about the 21st century self-coaching conditioning. He truly believes this modality enhancement conditioning system will be the “Personal Trainer of the Future”, not limited to diet and exercise, but a tool for learning, performance and psychology as well. He has also created a software process for the internet, soon to be released, along with a book series, that will bring diet, exercise and conditioning to the next level into the 21st century.
