Personal Trainer Overview

I believe in full range of motion, slow controlled movements and infusing my own creation of Powerpose® into every workout to enhance muscle mind connection and growth. i also offer meals and customize all nutrition and workout programs. As a former Mr. Australia and natural professional bodybuilder I know how to get results fast!

Training Philosophy

Ive been training clients for over 30 years and at almost 50 understand what my clients need to get them to the next level. I specialize in bodymakeovers with a holistic approach to nutrition, cardio and exercise. My 12 week programs are very much results driven and clients generally see positive changes in their bodies within 2 weeks of commencement. All workouts and nutrition are recorded daily in a journal and all programs customized. Gym membership is free and sessions mat at times go over an hour. I also have 30 and 45 minute sessions.

Bio

I'm a former Mr. Australia and master fitness and nutrition coach. I have a degree in Physical Education and have been operating my fitness coaching business both in Australia and here for going on 28 years. I specialize in body transformations and work with all types of people at different levels, ages and abilities. I also train clients for competitions, events, movies and infuse my own signature system of exercise in all of my workouts with my clients known as Powerpose®. Powerpose® is a combination of tai Chi, Yoga and classic physique posing which increases muscle strength and definition and enhances ones workouts and confidence.
