I'm a big believer in weight lifting. It's not about how heavy you can lift, it's about training for functionality and long-term strength. I know exactly how to program your workouts to help you achieve the lean, strong body you've been trying so hard to have.
It's not magic, it's just science. We tend to complicate the process of "losing weight" because we're frustrated with all our failed attempts. We don't want to fail, again. You've been part of a gym for years, but where are the results? I'm here to help you make sense of weight loss. I want to help you understand that there's a difference between your scale weight and your level of body fat. I want you to learn how to commit to a process rather than a goal. I believe in a mind/body approach- in other words, we work together to strengthen your mind and relationship to "fitness" so you can become confident in the process... to really understand when you're searching for a trainer, you're really looking for a co-architect to help guide you towards a better, more fulfilling lifestyle.

I've always known I wanted to help facilitate change and light a spark in people's lives. I coupled that idea with my passion for living a high performance lifestyle... I knew I could help others feel the same- through fitness. When I realized that I had the power to influence people to help change their lives, completely, for the better, for health and happiness and confidence.. I chose to become a trainer. I am living my dream and helping others become confident and strong enough, to live theirs.
