My passion for fitness and the care for others is what makes me a trainer to make my main focus to get you to where you want to be physically. Edward Apcarian was born and raised in Burbank, California. As a young boy, Edward was an avid soccer player. However, he found his true passion in a high school Weight Training course and has since dedicated his life to furthering his knowledge and passion for fitness. Apcarian graduated from John Burroughs High School in 2005. Apcarian has since expanded his passion for fitness to competing in seven half Marathons, one Tough Mudder and has plans to compete in many more. Apcarian also received his AA in Business Management from the University of Pheonix in 2009. Apcarian received his Personal Training Certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). In addition, he is CPR certified through the American Red Cross Association. Apcarian consistently researches the continuously evolving field of nutrition to give you the best results in the kitchen for your body. Apcarian’s main focuses are in core training which will strengthen your core, stability training to stabilize your muscles, hypertrophy training to build and grow your muscles, strength training to strengthen your muscles and power training to make you faster. Apcarian’s passion for fitness and the care for others is what makes him a trainer you do not want to pass up, he will make his main focus to get you to where you want to be physically.
